We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, developing new business opportunities, and helping clients find marketing solutions that make an impact.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling our full suite of print, signage, and direct mail services.
Business Development & Sales
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, warm leads, and existing customer relationships
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs and recommend strategic print, signage, and direct mail solutions
• Present proposals, pricing, and customized recommendations to clients
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals
Client Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up throughout projects and campaigns
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
• Serve as a trusted resource and marketing partner for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule
Account & Project Coordination
• Work closely with production, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity within CRM systems
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and marketing solutions to better support client needs
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage client accounts
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in print, signage, direct mail, marketing, or related industries
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Consultative sales experience with business clients
